The Center Players Community Theatre is a non-profit organization that provides affordable entertainment; unites people from all walks of life in the spirit of volunteerism; and acts as a catalyst for community involvement, inspiration and support.

The mission of THE CENTER PLAYERS COMMUNITY THEATRE is to provide an outlet through which any member of the community may participate in the performing arts and to build the community’s interest in the performing arts.

Whether your tastes run to the serious or the ridiculous, you’re sure to find entertainment that whets your appetite with The Center Players Community Theatre. Our award-winning troupe of players brings a passion for theatre and a commitment to assuring that our productions are entertaining and of the highest quality. Each year, we select a variety of plays with broad appeal.

The Center Players Community Theatre is a 501(C)3 tax exempt organization, and as such, your donation is tax deductible, to the extent provided by the law.

The Center Players Community Theatre is currently residing in Ridgeland, Mississippi at Ridgeland High School.

All auditions are open calls and posted on the theatre’s website and the yahoo theatre group list serve. Auditions can range from a cold script read or you may be asked to prepare a song/excerpt from a script. Everyone is given the opportunity to audition and no previous experience is necessary.
